Our History – “Signs by Guelph Mobile” was established in 1981 as a Division of Lightning Delivery Service based in Guelph, Ontario. A new venture for Earl and Peter Brimblecombe, the father/son team began providing Mobile Sign rentals throughout Wellington County and never looked back. Always the consummate professionals their day-to-day operations were based on a commitment of reliable, local service at a fair price!
In 2004 the company was acquired by Shawn Jones. And rebranded “Guelph Signs.”
By December 2004, Guelph Signs became one of few companies in Ontario to offer both Changeable Letter Signs, Black Fluorescent Signs and White Billboard Signs for rent, and purchase.
2005 saw the creation of www.guelphsigns.com. Shortly after we grew again to offer residential customers our lawn ornament services. Since then many families have celebrated their life’s big events with the help from our cast of characters.
We remain committed to providing our customers and our community with an affordable and reliable sign rental service.
